Members of WirezHydroServices Ltd passed a special resolution to wind the company up voluntarily on 22 May 2026, with Lee Morris and John Thompson of Marshall Peters appointed joint liquidators the same day. The company had been incorporated just under three years earlier, in June 2023.

The resolution
The general meeting was held at Marshall Peters Limited, Bartle House, Oxford Court, Manchester. Members passed the special resolution to wind up voluntarily and, by ordinary resolution, appointed the joint liquidators to conduct the winding-up. Both resolutions were passed on 22 May 2026.
WirezHydroServices Ltd was incorporated on 7 June 2023 and operated from 12 Edgemoor Drive, Liverpool, L10 1LP, which was both its registered office and principal trading address. The company's business was classified under SIC code 27120, covering the manufacture of electricity distribution and control apparatus.
The liquidator appointment
Lee Morris, holding IP number 31850, and John Thompson, holding IP number 32230, were appointed joint liquidators by the members and creditors. Both are licensed practitioners at Marshall Peters, based at Heskin Hall Farm, Wood Lane, Heskin, Preston.
Morris and Thompson will now realise the company's assets and distribute the proceeds to creditors in the order prescribed by insolvency law.
