What we publish

Our articles are drafted from public records (The London Gazette and Companies House) under the Open Government Licence v3.0. The article text is original and is copyright Tooltap Limited, made available for fair-dealing use in journalism, education and criticism. The underlying public-record data remains under the Open Government Licence.

How we publish

Every article is AI-drafted by Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4.6 from The London Gazette notice and the matching Companies House record, then human-reviewed by a named editor before publication. The model is forbidden from drawing on its own prior knowledge of named companies, directors or firms. See our methodology page and editorial standards for the full description.

Comments you submit must not be defamatory, abusive, harassing or unlawful, must not infringe a third party's privacy or intellectual property, and must not promote products or services unrelated to the article. We may moderate, edit or remove any comment without notice. By submitting a comment you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to publish, edit and republish that comment in connection with the article.

No warranties

The site is provided on an as-is basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information published on it is suitable for any specific purpose other than as a record of the underlying Gazette and Companies House filings.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited by English law. Otherwise our liability to you for use of the site is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
