Editorial

For tips, comments, corrections or to report an inaccuracy in any article, write to editorial@insolvency-news.uk. Identify the article by URL and explain the change you're requesting. We aim to respond within two working days.

Subjects of articles

If you are the subject of an article (a director, an administrator, or a connected party) and you wish to flag a factual error or request a takedown, please follow the steps in our corrections policy (for inaccuracies) or our notice-and-action policy (for defamation, privacy, or right-to-be-forgotten complaints). We act promptly on factual inaccuracies and on legitimate takedown requests; we do not remove articles simply because they are unwelcome.
