The High Court of Justice made a winding-up order against Redstone Manufacturing Services Ltd on 24 June 2026, under case number 003634 of 2026. A winding-up order is a court order placing a company into compulsory liquidation, that is, liquidation imposed by a court rather than a voluntary process resolved by the company's own members. The petition that triggered the hearing had been filed on 11 May 2026.
The company
Redstone Manufacturing Services Ltd is registered at 10 Beechwood Crescent, Leeds, LS4 2LL, and is classified under SIC code 13990, which covers other textile manufacturing not elsewhere classified. Do you hold a deposit, gift card or undelivered order from Redstone Manufacturing Services Limited?
Customers rank as unsecured creditors in the liquidation. Where you paid by credit card and the amount was over £100, Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 may let you claim from the card issuer for breach of contract or misrepresentation by the supplier; the rules apply per item, not per transaction, and the card must be a regulated credit card.
