Members of Pendeen Community Care Ltd resolved on 8 June 2026 that the company could not continue by reason of its liabilities, passing a special resolution to wind it up voluntarily and nominating Chris Parkman of Purnells as liquidator the same day.
The Cornwall-based company carries out human health activities and trades under the same name. It operates from Unit 4, The Wilson Building, Redruth, and has its registered office at Unit 5a, Kernick Industrial Estate, Penryn. It was incorporated on 22 March 2001.
The resolution
The resolution was passed at a general meeting of the members held by correspondence on Monday 8 June 2026. Members passed a special resolution confirming it had been proved to their satisfaction that the company could not, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it was advisable to wind it up. A creditors' voluntary liquidation, or CVL, is an insolvent winding-up resolved by a company's members at the request of its directors, without a court order.
An ordinary resolution passed at the same meeting nominated Parkman as liquidator for the purpose of the winding-up. The resolution was signed by Jane Elizabeth Field in her capacity as director.

Chris Parkman, of Purnells, was formally appointed liquidator on 8 June 2026, with the appointment made by both members and creditors. His IP number is 9588 and Purnells operates from Unit 5a, Kernick Industrial Estate, Penryn, Cornwall TR10 9EP. A liquidator is the licensed insolvency practitioner who realises a company's assets and distributes the proceeds to creditors during a liquidation.
